Aloha! My name is Viella Pierce, owner of SunKissed Hawaii LLC. I’m a licensed aesthetician, mother, wife, and self-proclaimed professional optimist. I hold 22 certifications for each modality I offer, as well as proper sanitation protocols, and product line formulations. SunKissed Hawaii is a holistic minded bootie boutique day spa that has been proudly serving communities across Oahu & her neighbor islands since 2019. Although I specialize in & hold a deep passion for clinical acne and anti-aging improvements, I find great joy in providing a serene and rejuvenating spa experience. I hold space and remain present for you and your needs. Kindness is the currency with which I operate. I believe that healing starts from within and that self care is a transformational, and necessary journey to your happiest self. I have a deep love for skin science, evolving technologies, and continuing education. With the warmest aloha, I proudly offer a variety of services with your best interest at heart. Treatments may be as corrective and clinical or as pampering & relaxing as you wish! My goal is to help you attain the knowledge, routine, and results to ensure that you love what you see in the mirror. You deserve to see yourself in a positive light. Personally, I strive to maintain a healthy, balanced, active, and laughter filled lifestyle so that I may be a good example for my keiki, a positive influence, a dependable professional, and a good human all around. Cancellation Policy
• By appointment only. All appointments must be booked through SunKissed Hawaii’s website.
• Full, legal First & Last names are required for all bookings.
• A credit or debit card and deposit is required to hold all appointments.
• For liability purposes: consent & intake forms must be completed to be seen.
• Deposits are forfeited in the event of cancellations and reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
• Deposits are forfeited in the event of multiple reschedules leading to cancellation.
• A 10 minute grace period is allowed for early arrivals. A 10 minute grace period is given for late arrivals and may affect service procedure & run time. All later arrivals may be subject to a reschedule and/or additional $40 late fee. Please plan accordingly and practice mindful & respectful time management.
• Clients with repeat history of late arrivals, reschedules, or cancellations may be required to pay for services in full at the time of booking to be seen.
• If accommodation is possible, all appointment requests outside of normal business hours will incur an additional $40 convenience fee.
• Not arriving within 10 minutes of appointment time is considered a “No-Show”. No-shows will be charged the full cost of service(s).
• Only 1 reschedule per new appointment is permitted. If more than 1 reschedule is requested per original appointment scheduled, the deposit is forfeit and non-refundable.
• Changes made within 24hrs of the appointment time may be deemed a last minute cancellation.
• If policy abuse occurs, all future services may be terminated.
• No additional guests allowed, unless approved by your esthetician.
• All treatment packages (discounted treatments in a series) must be paid in full by the first appointment.
• All treatment packages and gift certificates must be redeemed by AND are only valid within 6 months of purchase date.
• NO REFUND for all deposits in the event of last minute cancellations or no-shows. Cancellations made within 48hrs of scheduled appointment will be deemed a “last minute cancellation”. No refunds for any treatments received.
• Last minute reschedules and cancellations of Giveaway prizes may void winner status and result in loss of prize redemption.
• Sponsored, collaboration, and giveaway prize treatments must be booked online with deposit paid. Sponsored, collaboration, and giveaway prize treatment recipients must adhere to Policies.
• Deposits will be refunded if no events occur that are against Policy/no policies are broken.
• No refunds on all retail items unless an adverse reaction has occurred. Must provide photo documentation and the item(s) must be returned within 48hrs for a 50% refund.
